The development proposal was for a six (6) storey hotel with a maximum height of 17 metres containing 93 units. The proposed development is intended to offer hotel accommodation in the form of furnished units. The ground floor will be approximately 1,443 square metres and will accommodate the main lobby, a pool area, a fitness centre, a meeting room, offices, kitchens, a break room, guest laundry, washrooms, and storage rooms, as well as an outdoor seating area adjacent to Breakfast cafe. Approximately 94 surface parking spaces will be provided on-site. Access to the site will be provided from Paul Anka Drive.
