The proposed development is a mixed use complex located on the western edge of downtown Ottawa. It will be comprised of three buildings sharing a 5 storey underground parking garage with approximately 360 spaces. The building forms will include two 27 storey residential apartment towers containing approximately 380 rental units and one 10 storey tower intended to be a long stay hotel with 136 units.
At ground level, there will be retail and commercial areas including a grocery store. As well there will be a central open space area which will be publically accessible.
