Public Services & Procurement Canada (PSPC) has been requested to initiate a Master Plan and Long Term Implementation Strategy for Les Terrasses de la Chaudière, a federal employment complex which accommodates the PSPC department and other Federal department employees.
Key objectives of this assignment include: the improved interrelationships between the site and buildings; enhanced support of operational programs (public transit, pedestrian and bicycle connectivity, vehicular circulation, retail/commercial functions); integration of best practices for security, safety and accessibility; and the preservation of cultural heritage landscapes and natural features of the adjacent Ottawa River, green spaces and multi-use pathways, which together contribute to the high quality aesthetics of the National Capital Region.
Momentum assisted Dillon Consulting in the preparation of the group facilitation methodology and lead the French language interpretation sessions during the group discussions. Momentum helped in the rollout of the group assignments, presentations and reports in French.
